I don't know if you're a Christian or not, but I fully believe it's a constant fulfillment of God's promise. After the big flood, God made a rainbow appear, and he told Noah that it would forever be a promise that he would never again send a rain so hard as to destroy all the world.
God shows his fury in the storm, but the beauty in the day after is fulfilling the promise He made.
